Refund policy

At HARU Study Abroad, we’re committed to offering high-quality, personalized support to students preparing for their education journey in South Korea.

Because our services are customized, time-based, and involve research and expertise, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. Please read the policy below carefully:


✅ Refund Eligibility

  • Readiness Review (₦5,000): Non-refundable after delivery of the initial evaluation.

  • One-on-One Calls / Consultations: Refundable only if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • All Other Packages: Non-refundable once any part of the service has been delivered (e.g. school shortlist, SOP guidance, scholarship search, visa checklist, etc.).


❌ No Refunds For:

  • Change of mind after services have started

  • Delay in response or submission of client information

  • Scholarship or visa rejections (we offer support, not guaranteed outcomes)

  • Clients who do not follow guidance or submit poor-quality documents


⚖️ Exceptions

In rare cases (such as double payment), refunds may be processed within 5–10 business days. Proof of payment will be required.
